In overall, the place is exceptionally comfortable, has pleasant and very welcoming staff with our arrangements for our group. The location is great, 10 minutes' walk to Tamaki Maori Village.
The bathrooms are not very clean.

The room was clean, tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, and the town center. The owners/managers were very friendly and helpful.

interior colours,cushions,linen etc looked inviting & restful. All was very clean and light.
The fridge should have been on as we were expected & it is summer.had to ask for a extra bed cover as there was none in unit.Also deluxe studio was much smaller then appeared in online photos.
